Quick start
Get from signup to your first ASIN workspace in about five minutes.
This walkthrough takes you from a fresh signup to a seeded keyword master in about five minutes. You'll need one ASIN you want to work on and, ideally, a recent Search Query Performance (SQP) CSV exported from Seller Central.
Go to /signup and create your account. A default organization is created for you automatically — you can rename it or invite teammates later from the organization settings.
After signing in, head to /dashboard/organization and add a seller account. A seller account represents one Seller Central login on one marketplace (for example, "Knours US" on amazon.com). Everything downstream — ASINs, keywords, brands, reports — scopes to the seller account you pick in the sidebar.
From /dashboard/asins, click Add ASIN. Paste an ASIN code (e.g.
B0XXXXXXXX) or a UPC — both are accepted as unique product identifiers. Give the ASIN a title so you can recognize it in lists and on the mission board.Go to /dashboard/research/brand-analytics and upload a Search Query Performance (SQP) CSV from Seller Central. RankASIN auto-harvests keywords from the report, auto-tiers them by priority, and populates your Keyword Master. You can repeat this for Search Catalog Performance and Top Search Terms when you're ready.
From /dashboard you'll see your mission board, recent activity, and links to every workspace — ASINs, Tasks, Research, Performance, Compliance, Advertising, and Listing Optimization. The sidebar stays with you as you navigate; the seller-account switcher at the top scopes every page you visit.
What's next?
Read Core concepts to learn the vocabulary — ASIN, SKU, UPC, brand, seller account, organization — that every other section assumes you know. The next sections in the docs will cover how RankASIN ingests Amazon reports and turns them into prioritized keyword lists.
